If someone else's carelessness hurt you or someone you love, call and tell us what happened. The review is free.
Rear-end collisions, crashes at intersections, hit-and-runs and drivers who carry too little insurance. We look at who was at fault, which insurance policies apply, including your own uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, and what your injuries will cost you over time.
Crashes with semis, delivery vans and company vehicles often involve more than one responsible party: the driver, the company that employs them, and sometimes whoever loaded or maintained the truck. These companies and their insurers move quickly after a crash, so it helps to have a lawyer early.
Riders are often blamed for crashes they did not cause. When a driver turns left in front of you, changes lanes without looking or fails to yield, we work to show what really happened.
Stores, apartment complexes and other property owners have a duty to keep their property reasonably safe. Wet floors with no warning, broken stairs, poor lighting and uneven walkways can all lead to serious injuries.
When someone other than your employer causes an injury on the job, such as a subcontractor, a property owner or another driver, you may have a claim against them. The firm handles these third-party claims; it does not handle workers' compensation claims. Note that a third-party lawsuit generally must be filed within one year, or the right to bring it can pass to the workers' compensation insurer (A.R.S. § 23-1023).
When negligence takes the life of someone you love, the law allows certain family members to bring a claim. We handle these cases with care and keep you informed at every step.
If your injury happened outside Arizona, the firm works with trial counsel licensed in that state.
